Evening: Depart Buenos Aires by overnight sleeper bus at 8:30 PM.
Day 1: Arrival & Introduction
Morning: Arrival at the estancia.
Afternoon: Welcome lunch and an easy intro horseback ride to get comfortable.
Day 2: Ride & Explore
Morning: Ride through the pampas, enjoying the stunning views.
Afternoon: Visit a rural school and the local pulpería (country store).
Day 3: Gaucho Ranch Work
All Day: Get hands-on with authentic ranch work, including cattle herding, branding, and vaccinating with the gauchos.
Day 4: Gaucho Ranch Work (Continued)
All Day: Continue with real ranch work alongside the gauchos. Cattle drives and more lassoing!
Day 5: Neighboring Estancia & Relaxation
Morning: Ride to a neighboring estancia.
Afternoon: Enjoy optional massages and time to relax.
Day 6: Esquina Sightseeing
Morning: Horseback sightseeing tour through the town of Esquina.
Afternoon: Free time for relaxation or exploration.
Day 7: Farewell Polo & Return
Morning: Farewell polo match, followed by a farewell lunch.
Afternoon: Return transfer to Buenos Aires.
Q: Do I need horseback riding experience?
A: Not at all! Riders of all levels are welcome—even total beginners. You can ride as much or as little as you’d like each day.
Q: Can non-riders join the trip?
A: Yes! There’s plenty to enjoy besides horseback riding: fishing, birdwatching, relaxing at the ranch, local cultural visits, tango lessons, and more.
Q: What’s the best way to get there?
A: Fly into Buenos Aires (Ezeiza International Airport). From there, we’ll coordinate your transfer via a comfortable overnight sleeper bus to Esquina—it departs around 8:30 PM and arrives the next morning.
Q: What should I pack?
A: Once your deposit is received, you’ll get a detailed packing list with everything you’ll need—from riding gear to comfy clothes for relaxing at the ranch.
Q: Is the trip physically demanding?
A: While you'll be on horseback often, the pace is flexible and there’s always the option to skip activities or relax at the ranch. You set your comfort level.
